From idea to production.
AI MVP development for founders and startups: we test the idea on real data, ship a first version to production and get it ready to scale. Every phase ends with a decision: continue, change course or stop.

- Founders, startups and new product teams
- Starts with
- A proof of concept on real data, with a report
- Then
- An MVP in production, in your repository

before you build.
A demo proves it works once. A proof of concept proves it works on your data, at a cost you can afford.
A proof of concept (PoC) answers a technical question: does AI solve this task on real data, accurately enough and at a reasonable cost? An MVP (minimum viable product) answers a business one: do real users use it and pay for it? With AI products it pays to do both, in that order, because the first is far cheaper to throw away.
- IdeaThe user, the problem and the AI task everything depends on.
- DataReal samples, not a curated demo.
- PoCA measured prototype: accuracy, cost per use, latency and risks.
- DecisionContinue, change course or stop, with the PoC report in hand. This is where the most money is saved.
- MVPA first version in production, with code in your repository, CI/CD, monitoring and documentation.
- ScaleLoad testing, observability, model spend control and an evolution plan.
- Next.js
- React Native
- Expo
- Supabase
- Ruby on Rails
- Python
- LLMs
- RAG
- Langfuse
- AWS
- Google Cloud
- Azure
The terms, in one sentence
- PoC
- Proof of concept: a short experiment on real data to find out whether the AI part works.
- MVP
- Minimum viable product: the first version real customers use, with just enough to learn from them.
- Cost per use
- What each use of the AI feature costs in models and infrastructure.
- Evals
- Real cases with expected answers, run on every change so quality never drops unnoticed.
- CI/CD
- Continuous integration and delivery: every change is tested and released automatically.
- Observability
- Knowing what the product does in production: errors, cost and latency of every request.
What you get.
- PoC reportMeasured accuracy, cost per use, latency and risks, so you decide with data.
- The productProduct design, full-stack engineering and cloud infrastructure in one team.
- Engineering foundationsCI/CD, tests, monitoring and documentation from the first sprint.
- Scale planWhat to change as users, model spend or AI providers change.
- You own the systemCode, infrastructure and documentation, in your repository and your cloud account from day one.
What people ask us.
What is the difference between an AI PoC and an MVP?
The PoC tells you whether AI works on your data, how accurately and at what cost. The MVP tells you whether real users use it and pay for it. Doing the PoC first avoids building a whole product on an AI task that does not hold up.
How long does it take to build an AI MVP?
It depends on scope and data, so we do not quote a number before seeing them. The PoC is deliberately short and ends with a report; with it we can estimate the MVP far more precisely than from an idea on paper.
How much does an AI MVP cost?
We give you an estimate after reviewing the idea and the data. We also measure the AI part’s cost per use from the PoC onwards, which is what surprises founders most once the product grows.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. Product design, engineering and infrastructure sit in one team, we explain every technical decision and the code lives in your repository. For example, we were the engineering team behind Reedy, an AI meeting copilot for macOS, from design to production.
What if the PoC fails?
That is a valid result. You will know why it does not work, whether there is another way to approach it and what that would cost, having spent little. Sometimes the answer is to change course; sometimes it is to stop.
Do we own the system?
Yes. The code, infrastructure and documentation live in your repository and your cloud account from the first sprint. If you want, we keep running and evolving it with you.
