Before, during and after.

Reedy is an AI copilot for meetings on the Mac. We were its engineering team, from design to production: a briefing before the call, live suggestions during it and a traceable recap after. No bots join the meeting.

Reedy briefing before a discovery call: a 30-second summary, fit with the offer, likely objections and who is attending.
Screens from the product design, with fictional people and companies.
The problem

Back-to-back meetings, no time to prepare for any of them.

People who sell or manage accounts go from call to call all day. Preparation means glancing at the calendar two minutes before, and what was agreed last time lives in scattered notes.

Note-taking tools start when the call starts and put a bot in the meeting. Reedy had to arrive earlier, know the people and stay off the attendee list.

How it works.

  1. Before

A briefing built from the calendar, your notes, the public web and your sales context. Every claim cites its source.

  2. During

The copilot only speaks up at objections, pricing and next steps. It transcribes text only: audio is never saved.

  3. After

Decisions, commitments and open questions, each linked to the minute of the transcript it comes from.

  4. Anytime

Ask Reedy about all your meetings and people, with a citation for every answer.

Live meeting in Reedy: the user's notes and the copilot panel with a suggestion for a price objection.
During

One suggestion, when it helps.

Your notes on the left; the copilot, chat and transcript on the right. When a price objection comes up it suggests the answer from your pricing policy and says where it came from.

Reedy's floating copilot, open and minimised, over the video call app.
Over the call

Floating, never stealing focus.

The copilot floats over Google Meet or Zoom without taking the keyboard. Minimised, it is a ring that tells you when there is something new.

Reedy recap after a sales call: deal update, summary, qualification and commitments with timestamps.
After

A recap you can check.

Deal status, qualification, objections, each side’s commitments and a follow-up draft. Every point carries the time of the transcript moment it comes from.

Ask Reedy screen with an answer citing two earlier meetings.
Ask Reedy

Memory across meetings.

Plain-language questions about what was said with each person. Reedy only searches your own meetings, notes and documents, and cites the meeting it found the answer in.

What we decided.

  • No bots on the callReedy runs on the Mac, not as an invited assistant. The other side sees nothing different.
  • Every claim has a sourceThe briefing cites the invite, your notes or your context; the recap links each point to the exact minute of the transcript.
  • A copilot that knows when to stay quietProactive or quiet mode, set by meeting type. Suggestions come from your context (offer, pricing, objections), not from the model’s general knowledge.
  • Swappable modelsIt runs on Reedy’s keys or the user’s own (BYOK). When the provider rejects a request, the app shows the real reason.
  • Nothing is sent on its ownThe follow-up email is a draft. Only text is stored; audio never is.
